Samantha Harris.

Sanoii + Six are in the process of doing well...... things. Lots and lots of things. One such task is taking product shots and organising a shoot for our upcoming S/S 2010/11 range. As we are a fledgling fashion label, we often have to rely on friends (and even sometimes ourselves) to model for us. Sounds like fun and games doesn't it? Not when your fashion label's speciality is swimwear and you are trying to con your dear friends and their wintery bodies into doing a shoot in the middle of August (which to our overseas counterparts, is the coldest time for this part of the country) in some random location that we think will look really "arty" or some shit like that. However, we are very fortunate to have wonderful friends who are stunning to look at but even more beautiful on the inside, who are more than obliging, (after we twist there arms with free goods) to help us out. So this weekend, fingers crossed, we will partake in some amateur photography and styling in the hopes of getting some great photos for our new project.

However, here at Sanoii + Six HQ we do often find ourselves discussing (dreaming), if we could have any model in the world model for us, who would we have? Of course the usuals pop up - maybe Abbey Lee Kershaw, possibly Natashy Poly, Mary-Kate or Ashley, we're not picky! Helena Christensen is always a favourite. Or what about the numerous beautiful faces of the fashion world, that we still don't know the names of?
          But we do always agree and have ALWAYS agreed that if we could have any one it would be, Australian supermodel Samantha Harris. We once saw Samantha in a shopping centre on the Gold Coast, back in early 2007, when Sanoii + Six had only just been discussed. She was as stunning in person, as what you see in last months Vogue Australia.

So if anyone knows Samantha and thinks she'd be keen, we really would appreciate it. Tell her we can pay her in swimsuits and dresses!
